We have established the Commercial Services division of HVAC, Inc. by assembling a successful mix of the right people, with the right experience: electricians, plumbers, automation experts, engineers, draftsmen, project managers, field superintendents and more. For each project, we dedicate a team to its success from beginning to end.We are committed to staying one step ahead of industry standards through the provision of a variety of services that make the progress of commercial projects smooth, efficient and safe. Our growing list of commercial clients includes many of the region's premier entertainment, educational, healthcare and industrial facilities.
An integrated project management system allows HVAC, Inc. to be your one-stop shop for commercial heating and ventilation, mechanical, plumbing, controls and electrical contracting. From Design & Build, to Plan & Spec, HVAC, Inc. has the expertise and equipment to assure that each job is completed on schedule, in accordance to exact specifications.
We believe in providing a work environment that is conducive to employee satisfaction, personal growth, training and excellence in safety. Beyond the technical experience we require of our technicians, we insist they master mandatory safety skills, resulting in company-wide safety training programs that are second to none and in most cases, exceed OSHA requirements. This knowledge is implemented on every project, with site-specific safety procedures applied and closely monitored.
HVAC, Inc. has been consistently recognized on regional and national levels for the promotion of safety in the workplace. HVAC, Inc. was awarded the Governor's Award of Excellence through the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. We have also received the 2001 Safety Award from the Tri-Cities branch of the Associated General Contractors of America, the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) 2003 Safety Masters Club Award, and the 2002 National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) Safety Award.
