Fairmount Elementary
Electrical conduit emerges from the foundation
HVAC, Inc., working full swing on electricity for new Fairmount Elementary School project. Since the demolition of the 90-year old Fairmount Elementary School in July of last year, HVAC, Inc, has been fulfilling their role as electricians for the new building project. The 13.7 million dollar project now under way to create a modern, though rustic-looking 83,000 square foot facility for 600 Bristol children. As of mid-February, much of the electrical conduit had been laid as the foundation has been poured and walls going up quickly.
"Weather has been a bit of a pain, but we're working hard to meet the goal of completion by December of this year", said Rick Johnson, site supervisor. Many different building projects have to work together for a large-scale building like the school to beat deadlines and budgets. HVAC, Inc., is in stride with the overall project plan run by BurWil Construction.
